An evaluation and planning meeting was held with administrative staff.

An evaluation meeting for administrative staff was held on Friday, October 2, 2026, to assess general operations within the faculty, evaluate the efficiency of administrative processes, and discuss planning for the upcoming period.

The meeting was attended by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Ünal ÖZDEMİR; Vice Deans, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erdem AKKAN and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlkay GÜMÜŞ; Faculty Secretary İbrahim KOÇ; and our administrative staff. During the session, the requests, views, and suggestions of the administrative staff were evaluated in detail, with the aim of improving the faculty's administrative operations, ensuring the effective execution of work processes, and enhancing service quality. In this context, the results of the Administrative Staff Satisfaction Survey were reviewed, and the employees' assessments regarding the work environment, institutional processes, and operational procedures were addressed.

Furthermore, during the meeting, our Dean, Prof. Dr. Ünal ÖZDEMİR, expressed his gratitude to Faculty Secretary İbrahim KOÇ, Engineer Ramazan YILDIRIM, Computer Operator Hüdayi BAYSAL, and Technician Vedat YILDIZ for their dedicated efforts and contributions to the process of cleaning and preparing the faculty's wave tank for reuse, and presented them with gifts.

Committed to maintaining a participatory and solution-oriented management approach, our faculty will continue to regularly monitor administrative staff satisfaction levels and pursue improvement initiatives based on the feedback received.
