Our Center Participated in the TÜSEM Council Autumn 2026 Meeting Hosted by Marmara University

The Mersin University Continuing Education Center (MÜSEM) represented our university at the Autumn 2026 Meeting of the Council of Turkish Universities Continuing Education Centers (TÜSEM). Assistant Professor Dr. Bilal Özel, Deputy Director of the Center, attended this event, which brought together continuing education centers from across Turkey and was hosted by Marmara University on September 25–26, 2026.

The opening of the meeting, held at the İbrahim Üzümcü Conference Hall on Marmara University’s Göztepe Campus, was attended by Marmara University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Okur, TÜSEM Board Chair Prof. Dr. Nesrin Oruç Ertürk, and Marmara University Continuing Education Center Director Prof. Dr. Ahmet Çetinkaya, alongside academics and center administrators from all over Turkey.

During the council meeting, which continued for two days with sessions at the Marmara University Faculty of Economics building, topics such as the development of continuing education centers, current legislative regulations, and new collaboration models were comprehensively addressed. As the Mersin University Continuing Education Center (MÜSEM), we are delighted to have contributed to the work carried out at this visionary meeting and to have established new connections that will enable us to incorporate innovative educational models into our center. We remain committed to sustaining these national-scale collaborations in order to provide our society with higher-quality, sustainable educational services suited to the digital age.
